Kunstpodium T has taken appropriate measures to make your visit to and use of the website as safe as possible and to prevent misue. Every person that has access to your data, is sworn to confidentiality. Below we will elaborate on how we deal with your privacy-sensitive data.

Cookies
When you visit our website to gather information, it is possible that visitor data is being collected and saved to enhance the usability of our website. This happens through cookies. Cookies are little text files that are being put on a computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device and are read by a browser. When you visit this website at a later time, the website checks if there is a cookie present on your device. In this way we can recognise you on a next visit to the website. You are not personally identifiable through a cookie.
In addition to the cookies that are being places by us, cookies can also be placed by software of third parties, like cookies by Google Analytics. This software is being used to analyse the data traffic.
The cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • analysing the use of the website;
  • collecting data in respect to your online visiting behaviour.

You can edit your cookies preferences in your browser settings. You can set your browser in a way that cookies will no longer be placed on your device. Our website can contain hyperlinks to other websites. We can take no responsibility for the content and privacy aspects of these websites.

Newsletter
In the past we used Mailchimp to distribute our newsletter. In the spring of 2018 we have switched to Laposta. Laposta fully complies with the European guidelines for the security of personal data (source: 
website Laposta, 17 May 2018). The data from Mailchimp have automatically been copied to Laposta. The subscribers have received note about this, as well as the possibility to subscribe if they did not agree with this.
We collect your email address and first and last name (optional) for sending the newsletter.
At the bottom of every newsletter, that is being sent out every two weeks on Friday, there is a link where you can unsubscribe from the newsletter. We will then delete your data from the system in Laposta and our own administration. 

Inspection, correction and moderation personal data
You have the right to request which personal data are being processed by us. We will then send you an overview with your data within four weeks.
You may be of the opinion that your personal data is:
– incorrect;
– incomplete;
– irrelevant;
– in another way in violation with the law.
In this case, you have the right to request us to improve, add to or delete the data in question. For questions you can send an email to contact@kunstpodium-t.com. We will then get in touch with you on short notice.
